We are delighted that Janey Thomas has joined Altum Consulting as Head of Change Practice!

For the last 20 years Janey has been working as a change and transformation expert for global blue-chip organisations on a variety of culture, workplace, and business strategy change programmes. Janey is joining Altum Consulting to lead our Change Practice, applying her first-hand knowledge and experience of delivering change, as well as her wide associate network, to help businesses who are embarking on or struggling with change to find the right talent to deliver great outcomes.
