This is a highly confidential role with a leading Property Business based in the heart of London, the organisation is going through considerable change and looking for a Portfolio Manager to come on board and support and run their PMO function.
The client would like to move quickly this is an interim assignment and only interim candidates that are immediately available or available within a week will be considered for this position.
- Set up the programme management office
- Set up and run programme Governance with PMO
- Set-up reporting for the program and produce regular reports
- Coordinate updates across projects and facilitate workshops
- Communication plan and coordination with Group
- Manage program roadmap across Finance
- Resource demand management across Finance for projects
The client is open to the sector this individual comes from key is transformation and change management experience and running a large complex project from a portfolio management perspective.
