Finance Manager - MedTech

Altum Consulting are thrilled to be partnering with a leading Medical Technology business in their search for a Group Reporting Manager to join their growing team. This position is a key hire within the business, playing a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of their UK subsidiary and contributing to their global mission of delivering innovative health care solutions.

This role will provide for an excellent opportunity to develop and grow long term with the business as they continue this journey primarily across the EMEA region. This means that this role will provide the opportunity to get involved outside of just BAU and get involved with interesting and unique projects and take on more responsibility in due course as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the UK subsidiary.
• Analyse financial data to provide practical insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Involvement across various project and transformation work in addition to BAU
  

The ideal candidate will:

• Be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Have proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a start-up or life sciences environment or experience working within Audit in similarly relevant industries
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for effective team collaboration.
• Have sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
