Altum Consulting are partnering with a property company to find a Finance Officer to join this growing and dynamic team.


This newly created role is integral to the smooth running of the operations team and requires flexibility and a hard-working attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the processing and reconciliation of transactions to ensure the accounting records are accurate
  • Resolve user queries on outputs from transaction processing and associated training
  • Provide support for the Financial Operations team
  • Undertake periodic review of processes and systems and controls
  • Streamlining processes
  • Ad-hoc financial review analysis
  • Assist in provision of information for monthly financial KPIs


Desirable Qualities:

  • The candidate will be part-qualified in either their ACCA or AAT
  • Property experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills are essential
