RTR Manager - Hospitality

Altum Consulting are pleased to be partnering with a world renowned hospitality business in their search for a RTR Manager. The role sits within their accounting and controls team and will be responsible for supporting the operational finance function by improving processes and managing a large team of specialists

My client is ideally looking for a seasoned RTR Manager with a proven track record in identifying issues and implementing strategic improvements. The role reports directly in the director of controls and accounting.

Key responsibilities,

  • Carry out analytical review of P&L to ensure complete accuracy
  • Understand and review RTR balance sheet accounts, to be completed within the RTR accounting cycle
  • Review reconciliations
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other finance leaders in the business to help improve finance functionality across the business
  • Partner with the compliance team in order to optimize and evolve the controls framework
  • Liaise with auditors in regards to RTR matters
  • Serve as strategic business partner to senior management and ownership

The ideal candidate,

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of complex financial information
  • Strong track record in problem solving and addressing complex financial issues
  • Ideally a full accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA), part- qualified candidates will be considered
  • Proficient in MS excel
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
