Altum are supporting a very high growth private equity backed travel related technology business, to find a Senior Analyst to support M&A projects and Group FP&A. You will support the senior leadership team on all transaction, working closely on strategy and long term planning.

The key duties of the role are;

  • Preparing valuation analyses
  • Building financial / investment models
  • Compiling justification reports, presentations and operations council/investment
  • Committee review documents detailing business strategy cases for approvals processes
  • Assisting in the coordination of due diligence processes
  • Managing third party advisers and internal operational teams through projects
  • Supporting the negotiation of transaction terms with potential sellers and partners
  • Providing support for the integration of acquired business
  • Assist in managing the M&A pipeline and developing new acquisition opportunities for the group going forward
  • Periodically assist in the review current businesses within the group, identifying strategic opportunities for development
  • Assist FP&A team in the planning and budgeting process
  • Build forward looking financial models based on commercial drivers, supporting a better understanding of commercial plans that drive budget and forecasts
  • Prepare financial models and reports and create financial reporting tools to assist in strategy development focus
  • Pro-actively engage with Business Units to integrate newly acquired companies into the overall financial plans and ensure consistency and accuracy of planning and reporting for the new acquisitions
