Ruby joined Altum Group in London in 2023, working closely with the emerging North American and international team, who specialise in executive search placements to source high-level candidates for a variety of CxO roles across different industries. While being relatively new to recruitment, she draws on her experience in organisation operations, and a background in superyacht stewardessing to deliver a seamless and thoroughly mapped placement for both the client and candidate. Ruby is a firm believer that connections are key, and is looking forward to making an impact on the Altum Group team and developing a well-connected network in the UK and abroad.
