Robbie has been recruiting finance professionals into the charity sector for over 10 years and has built many long-lasting relationships through his honest approach, knowledge of the market and passion for humanitarian causes. Having led the charity finance team at another recruiter, Robbie felt that Altum’s strong affinity with the charity sector would provide the environment needed to grow a successful team whilst personally focussing on senior finance appointments.
