Georgia started working in recruitment in 2018, gaining valuable experience across various disciplines. Since joining Altum, she focuses on recruitment within Change Management as part of the Change & Transformation team. With a passion for the journey a candidate goes on throughout the recruitment process, Georgia is a strong believer in making moving roles as easy and stress-free as possible for each candidate, as well as being on hand to keep clients up to date.
