Joe has previously established and trained teams to uncover and support multilevel Change and Transformation client requisitions across Operations, Human Capital, Strategy, M&A, and Technology. Adopting a relationship and information-rich approach, he establishes a high level of rapport and knowledge about his clients before hitting the market, ensuring he secures the best talent to meet specific, and often complex, requirements.
