Grace is a recent Work and Organisational Psychology masters graduate from Maastricht University. She joined Altum Consulting Benelux in September 2022 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant to support the team in Amsterdam with sourcing and placing financial and accounting professionals across various industries including Pharmaceuticals, Media, Tech, FMCG,  and Retail. Grace’s background in Psychology is reflected in her keen interest in understanding people and their motivations, as well as building strong long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. After living in The Netherlands for over a year, Grace has adapted to the Dutch way of living and enjoys celebrating life.
