​Altum are currently supporting a global media brand to find an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to lead Global FP&A, working closely with the Commercial Finance Director and CFO. The role will be responsible for creating key financial insights for the company, managing the FP&A process and consolidation, providing high quality management reporting to the leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

•Leadership in FP&A by delivering projects to improve the quality of forecasting across the Global business and close collaboration with Regional FP&A teams

•The role will provide support to the Global Head of FP&A, Global Commercial CFO and Global CFO on key financial analysis for business decision making and drive continuous improvement of internal team processes to allow more time for value-add analysis.

•Ensure timely delivery of the annual Budget and subsequent forecasts (P&L and Balance Sheet) to achieve the strategic objectives of the business with tracking and analysis of financial performance against the Budget and forecasts balancing speed, efficiency and quality.

•Support wider key departmental analyses and projects;

•Any other related work to the commercial scope as defined from time to time.

•Work pro-actively and build strong relationships with Market finance teams to drive best practice sharing, alignment and common priority setting

•Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

•Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

•Significant PQE experience in a complex multinational environment, Media preferred

•Experience in being responsible for the FP&A function of a sizeable multi-unit organisation

•Excellent working knowledge of SAP BPC, or a comparable consolidation tool

•Strong ability to digest and synthesize information for use at executive level

•Able to run a tight deadline process with strong attention to data accuracy

•Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

•Strong communication & presentation skills
