Are you a talented and driven financial professional looking to make an impact in the world of film? We\'re supporting the UK\'s leading organisation for film to find a Senior Financial Analyst to join the newly created FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering key strategic projects that shape the future of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making for key projects, ensuring clarity and precision in delivery across the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with the Deputy Director of Finance, the Head of Operational Planning & Data Insights, and other relevant managers to produce well-tested financial analysis, appraisals, and benefit analyses.
- Lead financial support for the long-term Estates Strategy, which includes major projects across the collection of sites & centres.
- Produce business cases, including multiyear P&Ls, cashflows, and balance sheets, ensuring alignment with investment appraisals and return on investment (ROI) measures.
- Provide data-driven insights and strong analytical processes to support long-term financial sustainability and success.
- Present complex financial analysis in a clear and accessible way to non-financial stakeholders.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least two years\' experience in a similar financial analysis or strategic role.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with a proven ability to develop and present clear financial models and business cases.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to managers with varying levels of financial expertise.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in all work, especially financial reporting.
- Previous experience in working on large-scale strategic projects or in the public sector is an advantage.
