We’re partnering with a well-known humanitarian relief charity to recruit an international accountant to business partner with the MENA region.
Responsibilities will include;
Being finance contact for budgeting, planning and forecasting for region
Providing insightful analysis on financial performances, making recommendations where appropriate
Reviewing and processing grant agreements, invoicing and managing region financial processes
Building capacity of country managers and partner societies
Carrying out risk assessments of partner societies
Supporting preparation of restricted funding applications and restricted funding projects
Donor reporting and compliance
Managing, training and developing one direct report
The ideal candidate will be part-qualified/finalist or fully qualified CCAB accountant. You will have experience of stakeholder management, ideally with experience in budgeting and forecasting/project finance. Charity experience is desirable but not essential.
