A leading big 4 Consulting firm are currently recruiting for Managers and Senior Managers to join their Business Transformation team, focusing on clients in the Asset and Wealth Management space. The Asset and Wealth Management team partners with top tier Hedge Funds, Real Estate Firms, PE Houses, Traditional and Alternative Fund Managers, Fund Service Providers, Prime Brokers, Sovereign Wealth and Custodians, to transform their business to ensure optimal engagement with their clients and customers. This transformation can focus on:

• Programme/Project Management or Work stream Leadership.
• Target Operating Model Design and Implementation, including business analysis, sourcing model, data model, organisational model, and technical architecture
• Designing future state operating models, due to various change catalysts, e.g. core platform change, new product, merger/acquisition, start up, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalisation
• Solutions and Business Architecture
• Working across Public and Private Investment Markets
• The implementation of large complex Asset Servicing Systems.
