Infrastucture Transactions and Investor Advisory - AD

A leading Infrastructure Consulting firm is looking for a Transactions and Advisory Associate Director to join their team in London - focusing on various Energy and Utility industries.

The business has won multiple awards for best in class across a range of industries and services and is recognised as a leader in their field. They are commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence in design, consulting and engineering, and offer a suite of services to clients across infrastructure.

They are seeking a consulting leader to join their Investor Advisory team, which has around 100 people in total. More specifically, the team specialises in transactions advice and providing strategic analysis and a range of strategic advisory services to infrastructure investor, asset owners, regulators and government. The work can involve:

• Commercial Due Diligence
• Business Case and Investment Case Development
• Buy Side and Sell Side Technical Due Diligence
• Economic and Policy Advice
• Sustainable Investment and Asset Advisory
• Asset Strategy

The team is consistently recognised as an award winning technical advisor across energy infrastructure globally and has a particular expertise in regulated utilities, renewable energy and decarbonisation.

To be considered for the role, candidates will need to meet the below criteria:

• Attained chartered status or equivalent qualification with a recognised professional institution.
• Proven track record and commercial understanding of work winning in Regulated Utilities/Power Networks.
• Prior experience in a Management Consulting firm
• Expertise providing complex consulting services to clients specifically in the Energy and Utilities industries.
• Experience of people management both from a line and project perspective
