We\'re currently partnering with a womens charity in London who provide essential support to women and girls who have been impacted by gender-based violence.
This role will sit within their small but collaborative HR team, and will be a great opportunity for an experience HR Administrator to build their HR experience and further their career.
This is a part-time position requiring 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hiring managers with all elements of recruitment - posting adverts, responding to applicants, arranging interviews
- Act as first point of contact for all general HR queries, escalating more complex issues in a timely manner
- Taking detailed notes during team and employee relations meetings
- Ensure of people related records and data are maintained and updated
- Support with the delivery of various ad hoc HR projects as required
Key Experience:
- Experience providing HR administrative support
- Experience working within a Charity / Not for Profit organisation, or the broader public sector
- Experience conducting pre-employment checks
