Altum Consulting are partnering on a retained basis to recruit a Head of Finance for a well-known Arts institution based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic Qualified Accountant to join a growing team who are expanding into further international locations.

Role/responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, key metric and variance analysis)
  • Managing and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts for delivery to external accountants
  • Balance sheet review/intercompany transactions
  • VAT review and compliance
  • Cashflow management
  • Partner existing international teams to support global ops/Directors
  • Manage and coach one junior team member

You’ll be/have:

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA)
  • Strong technical accounting background
  • Comfortable presenting to Executives
  • Excellent communications skills to partner with a variety of stakeholders/creatives
  • Practical experience of managing/developing junior team members
