Altum Consulting are partnering with a leading supplier of innovative high-tech and healthcare products that are imminently launching a new product offering. This role will be spearheading the mobilisation activities of the new product and business unit. A major focus in this project is the development of an end-to-end operating model, which will serve as a blueprint for future branded launches.


As a Global Project Manager, your role involves strategic, operational, and leadership tasks essential for successful project execution across global initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver projects that exceed stakeholder expectations and provide tangible business benefits. Continuously reassess and adjust alignment with strategic objectives to maximise value.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate decision-making within project teams, escalating issues as necessary. Ensure accountability for deliverables and commitments.
  • Identify and align subject matter experts, ensuring their availability and ownership of deliverables. Provide necessary tools and support for team success.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Establish clear communication channels for managing expectations, gathering requirements, and providing updates.
  • Define and track project benefits to ensure alignment with expected business benefits and ROI. Monitor and report on benefits realisation throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of project quality and performance through regular reviews and adherence to deliverables and milestones.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Implement lessons learned from past projects to enhance practices and outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of best practices in project management and experience leading projects in complex, global, and multi-functional environments.
  • Cross-cultural working experience in Europe, Asia and in the USA related to digital technology to drive improved user experiences (internal and external).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management best practices with hands-on experience in value realisation.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and mobilise stakeholders towards achieving program objectives.
