As the Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising financial processes to ensure resources are used effectively to achieve the mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial processes, including processing payments, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Financial Control: Perform reconciliations, manage treasury functions, and ensure robust financial controls are in place to safeguard resources.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the production of financial reports, support the preparation for audits, and contribute to financial planning and analysis to help drive strategic decision-making.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to colleagues, enhancing their understanding of financial processes. Proactively contribute to system improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
What We\'re Looking For:
- A minimum of one year\'s accounting/finance experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with an aptitude for process improvement.
- Passion for the mission and a desire to work in an impactful, mission-driven environment.
