​A well-known and commercially focussed global health charity is seeking a dynamic and personable finance business partner. This newly created role as part of the new structure will partner will work closely with the high performing FP&A team, to provide an effective business partnering service to members of the executive team.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Working directly with executive team to lead annual budgeting process for Global IT team

  • Lead on all month end reporting and provide insightful analysis and commentary on budgets vs actuals

  • Building strong relationships with CIO and other leads, providing support and acting as critical friend

  • Supporting donor finance teams in building donor proposals

  • Being the finance lead for a number of high profile and complex IT projects

  • Providing teams with analysis and commentary on funding deadlines and project spending forecasts

  • Working with teams across the organisation on cost recovery, funding deadlines and business models

The ideal candidate will a finalist or fully qualified CCAB accountant with strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information with non-finance at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have qualified in the sector to move into a value adding and commercial role with a lot of room for professional development, or for candidates from either practice or commerce and industry to enter the sector.
