Our client is one of the premier real estate companies in Europe focusing on the operation of modern logistics and distribution properties. They currently own and operate over 13 million square metres of space in key locations across the European supply chain. 

Role Overview

Administrator to the Finance Team, working closely with accountants and the Treasury Team, with the objective of organising the running tasks such as payables, and working under minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Monitoring day-to-day administrative matters of investment portfolios
  • Payment processing and maintaining payment control list
  • Maintaining cash books
  • Arranging and monitoring the signature of corporate documents and managing other administrative tasks
  • Ability and willingness to build and maintain positive working relationships

Qualifications

  • BAC or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Office standard applications
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. German and other languages would be an advantage

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in processing payments
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in an international working environment both internally (other team members and departments) and externally (property managers and service providers located across Europe)
  • Effective Communication: Speaking, listening and writing in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  • Foster teamwork: Working cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems
  • Organisation: Assessing situations to determine their importance, urgency and potential risks; setting priorities, developing a work schedule, monitoring progress towards goals; tracking details, data, information and activities
  • Problem solving: Ability and willingness to deal with situations as they arise and make recommendations

  • Flexible and receptive to new ideas, whilst having an ability to present own opinions and solutions in a respectable manner
