Our client, a global FMCG business, is currently recruiting a Change Manager to sit as part of a wider programme of finance transformation. Key responsibilities will include;
Conducting change and implementation readiness assessments at key points in project
Assist the business leaders & the training co-ordinator to develop and implement job role based training plan
Define and execute internal and external stakeholder engagement plans
Develop clear and actionable communications, providing users with right level of information at the necessary milestones.
Establish Change Network across divisions and geographies
Successful applicants will have worked as a Change Manager and have P2P experience.
