Altum Consulting are currently recruiting for a French speaking Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a global Media business based in Toronto. This permanent role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a collaborative, growing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the complete process of managing accounts payable and payable
- Supervise the creation and management of master data related to suppliers and customers.
- Associate invoices, receipt and PO
- Enter invoices into the accounting system
- Take out checks or payment documents
- Send payments to suppliers
- Make the classification
- Preparation of files payable at the end of the year and during the year as needed
- Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end process.
- Participate in the preparation of the documentation required for the various verifications (audits).
- Produce various reports and analysis relating to accounts payable and payable.
- Development and implementation of new processes and ensuring the proper implementation of internal controls
