Seven years ago, when we set up Altum Group we never anticipated we would be celebrating an anniversary during such testing circumstances. But here we are….
We established Altum Group in 2013 with the purpose of providing people the power to fulfil their potential. To us this meant supporting our employees to be the best they can be professionally, partnering with our clients to search for the right candidates to enable success for both parties and by providing opportunities for the Altum team to have a positive social impact through our charity partners. As business leaders we have been privileged to be able to work towards fulfilling our purpose and for it to be completely adopted by all our team.
When a business is experiencing growth and success it is easy to focus on the surface-level achievements – it’s amazing how a global crisis can open your eyes to this!
For our seventh anniversary we would like to celebrate our biggest achievement to date – building our remarkable team. Over the last couple of weeks, we have seen everything change, including; where we work, how we work, and how we communicate. The change has resulted in difficult business decisions having to be taken and these have all been met by support and understanding from our team and an incredible resilience and determination to seek out success.
We would like to say thank-you to our clients for partnering with us so we can help you build your teams, our candidates for trusting us to find their next opportunity, and especially to our Altumate team that makes it all possible.
